Assalaamu Alaikum
This is a follow up email where we are happy to announce that the Blossoming Youth Club will be starting officially on Sunday 12th of February at 12:00-2:00pm. The first day will include 30 minute registrations, please attend at Islam Halifax to get the children registered. We look forward to seeing you.
The first month will be free, however to support with the running of the club there after a small fee of £2 will be charged per weekly session.
Children are welcome to bring a packed lunch with them; although light refreshments will be available.
Please find attached the details of what the first session will entail. Each week there will be a new set of activities and areas of focus for the children.
The first session's Main focus is around Registrations and Introductions as a way of the Youngsters getting to know one another and feeling comfortable. In order to do this it will include a main element of play. However, further sessions will be more targeted and theme focused. Please find below the line up of the first introductory session:
12-12:30pm Registration
12:30-12:45pm Introducing selves, Ice breaker games
12:45-1:15pm Team building games and exercises.
1:15-1:30pm dhuhr Salah
1:30-2:00pm Fun Play.
